I need a website builder(Free.)?

I need a website builder(that is free but you can upgrade with money) that is compatible with a DIV Layout. Kind of lime EGO-BOX.com but different of course. Help? Please?

    Any website builder is going to build you a site that’s just like all the other sites it builds. Learn a little and build your own – it’s not that difficult.
