Anyone ever use SynthaSite website builder? Is it legit and are there any problems with it? Thanks?

I’m thinking of using its free website service but its based in South Africa and I’m a little wary…kindly advise asap!

    Wall Street Journal listed SynthaSite as one of the 2 best “low-cost” web hosting services. The other was Weebly.
    Yahoo also offers it, i think, but wait until they are finished with the current upheaval at Yahoo. They are having problems.
