Those are pretty interchangable. CMS usually deals strictly with page content – changing the text inside of an HTML page, having nothing to do with web design or colors. Over the last few years, CMS have evolved to allow you to change other aspects of your website, thus almost becoming full website builders. Traditional website builders that required you to know HTML have started using CMS now so you don’t have to know how to code. Thus the two are morphing into the same thing….
