i need help in making a website?

and i have no clue how to add scroll boxes or anything to it.
is anyone a pro
or have any other good website builders that are easy

    Just Go To Google.
    And Type In Scroll Box And Stuff :]
    What Ever You Need Type It In Google And It Should Pop Up.
