I want to start a professional website – ppl have to pay to become a member, etc but IDK who to use?

I want to start a celebrity website that ppl have to pay $20 (per year) to become a member. I also want to have a forum and some other things too, but I don’t know which website builder would be the best to use. How do I set it up that to become a member they have to pay and stuff like that? I basically need to know how to do everything and who to use:)

    You will need to expand a little beyond a basic web page builder. Pick up a book on PHP/MySQL and get an understanding of how to piece together the different elements. PHP.net is a great resource to start.

    This is a great company and they will work with you. They setup pay memberships all the time. Give them a try.
