If you can code it and know what is up, then dreamweaver is great. Not free but well worth the investment.

The great thing about freewebs is that you can purchase a domain and other paid services if you decide you like it and want to upgrade your site! =)

defenitly, if you totaly want a personal builder, dreamweaver is the best web page builder.

if you want a fast online web builder, try

Front page doesn’t exist anymore at least not by the front page name, its now Expressions the other good one is Dreamweaver which is a bit more advanced but reduces excess and waste HTML or XML code on your page so it loads quicker but not by much.

I heard about a website software called WebCreator. It’s depend of your needs. If you want to do a professional looking website, they have a Pro version.

I would also suggest to you Dreamweaver. It is not so complicated to learn. However, it is quite expensive and if you want just for your personal site and not to make money with it, than try something cheeper!
