Could someone recommend a good, simple (drag & drop) inexpensive website builder software.That I choose host?

I already have a host & don’t want to buy the service again. Now I need some inexpensive software that will allow my choice of host. Thanks!

    Look at “coffe cup” visual site designer software, there is one visual program that let’s you drag and drop files with ease.
