well , microsoft frontpage is the best i think , you can buy it from , but man i built my own website using go to that site sign up then build your own website online with really lots of tools and benefits , and its all for free
Honestly, if you want the easiest, you could easily use MS Word and save the .doc file as an HTML. That’s the easiest.
Or you could try the builder functions on sites like or
They also have decent ftp upload protocols, but you can only upload one file at a time using their free hosting.
But can I suggest spending $15 at and get your own domain and use their free hosting with banners? That way you can use the FTP uploader feature in firefox if you have that browser, or you could use any other FTP uploader as well.
