i am a complete dork when it comesto computers i no the basics only. you see i want to strat my buiness online and i thought all u had to do was buy a domian name but now that i purchased it with godaddy.com there website builder is almost impossible i just wanna start my website how do i begin and where!

We just had a website company review our web site & added key words and links to our website on some of the pages. There are also places in site builder/properties to enter similar things. Does google pick all of that up?
