Im creating a baseball website with GoDaddy’s website tonight program?

? Am I able to have members join once it is published? If so how? and is there some kind of Article Manager for the front page?
I have a domain name so is there maybe a better website builder out ther?

Maybe you should think about getting Joomla, Godaddy has is on an installer I think but you will haveto check, this will do what you need and more, just ensure you upgrade to version 1.5.6
