Where can I get a FREE Website where i can also share my multimedia files?

I need a free online website builder that will also host my website for FREE. I also need that site to allow me to share my multimedia files without any extra charge (Still for free!)

    Use a host such as freewebs for the website, and youtube for your “multimedia” files.
    – (Freewebs) – (Google Pages) – (Recommended both for Audio and Video)

    Claims to offer free audio hosting amongs other things, won’t recommend using those, since the hosting space is limited.
