Adding a downloaded website html template to Site Builder?

I downloaded a free html (or so I think) for a website layout and have no idea how to get it into my builder. I tried outting it in as html, into the metatags, and a bunch of things… someone please help!

    The first thing you have to do is learn HTML.

    When you’ve done that you won’t need any more help. Without doing it, help won’t do you any good.

    Well I am not sure what web builder you are using but if you can’t figure out templates I assure you it is far to complicated. I have been using Webstarts for a long time now and it is the best web builder I have ever tried. It has tons of templates to choose from.
