Login/User engine for my website. How do I make one?

I am making a website and I really want like a User engine where they have to login and register maybe even and avatar and email and everything. But I have no idea how put one on my website.

I don’t create my sites with HTML I use BlueVoda Website Builder.

    if you can do DHTML take a look at this:

    I use forms authentication personally but i can guarantee your software won’t support it.
