Where can I find a free trial website with a website builder that supports PHP scripts?

I really want a website that maybe can host up to 10 to 20 pages on a free trial or on a free website but with PHP because I would like to host accounts and fourms so they need to log in. But all login scripts are PHP. I have a website that supports only HTMl. But thats no good. Help me out. Provide a link please!

    Really what you need to run php is some one who also offers a sql database these do but I dont get the website builder thing?
    if your messing around with php why would you need a WYSIWYG builder?
