I am looking for a site builder like sitecube?

Sitecube got a great website builder taht is really nice. I want to build my site with them but dontw atn to host it there. Doees anyone know of any site builders similar to site builder that u can use to build a site and host it somewhere else.

    WYSISYG Site Builder! It’s great. It’s not free to download but you can get a Torrent of it at Pirate Bay. Then download UTorrent to download it :)
