Is there any freeware drag and drop web builder for mac ?

I need help I designed a web page on iweb but I tried using cyberduck to upload it but it said there was no content in the writing I need a drag and drop web builder

Great question, wonder if XCode has the abilities to do this since this is the free development suite for the Mac anyway and seems to include a lot of things out of the box.
