it allows you to add a forum, and you can add other stuff like a chat box etc. you can also build the site completly by html

im sorry, this one isnt free haha but for what you want, your going to HAVE to eventually pay for it. I had a website on a free web hoster, but the thing with those is that they control everything, and you dont get much traffic, if you want a good website, this is so far the best thing ive seen tomake a good website, it has like everything, and all the programs are included in it for free, so you dont have to hire someone or download it yourself. pretty sweet i think. So for a really good one, payment is nessecary even though there are so pay free ones that profit off your site, so it can only be like half as good as the one you would have with a program like this:
i started out with a free webhost, wasnt so successful, but then i switched over to this and i was like wow! actually getting what i payed for lol.

For what you want, the only thing that will work is knowledge – you’ll have to learn how to write it. There are free sites, there are free blogs and there are free photo sites, but if you want all 3 on the same site you’ll have to learn how to do it. There’s no “download this-click here” solution. Start using your favorite search engine to look for tutorials on creating websites.
