I need to find a hosting site that offers free website builder etc. and lets your customers create accounts?

an example is www.epicmmo.com . I want to sell world of warcraft accounts but i need them to log in so i can verify their phone number with paypal. i need it to be cheap too, thanks! :)

    They have unlimited space and transfer.
    They give you a free domain for life.
    They support PHP and MySQL so you can make your site interactive and interface with PayPal.
    You can also add as many domains (.com, .net, …) as you like so you can have many different sites for 1 hosting price.
    They also give you free $50 Google Credits for advertising your site.
