Okay well I want to create a website but there are SO MANY website builders and I need some opinions on the best one! I don’t care about the price (it doesn’t matter what it is) I care about the quality. I want you to be able to do everything : add txt, backgrounds, tabs, lots of stuff ect. ect. Thanks a lot for your help!

Try looking at Dreamweaver, Coffee Cup, and generally the name brand ones, not the ones you find on websites.

I use Dreamweaver from the Adobe CS4 Master Collection. While it does have a high cost to it the quality is excellent and I use it with my day to day web design with my studies. There are many free design suites out there but I would choose Dreamweaver over them anyday.

Knowledge is the best website builder. If you don’t want to pay the price to get the knowledge (time and effort), any site you create is going to look like it. But if you want a really great program (and it’ll take a while to learn to use it), try Aptana Studio. It’s a LOT more versatile than Dreamweaver, hundreds (maybe thousands by now) of plug-ins, and MUCH cheaper (it’s free).
BTW, to really learn to use Dreamweaver properly takes about as long as learning to write the site in a text editor. (And using it is the sign of an amateur.)

Try Blink Web or Wix, their easy to manage free website (or blog) has cool features that include drag and drop capability, switch designs on the fly, youtube and google video, custom html, upload images, flikr photo gallery, visitor stats and more. You can also buy a new domain instantly, or host your existing domain for free and make it your own (www.yourown.com)
If your looking for something more advanced but still user friendly then try XsitePro, Sitebuilder Designs or Calvary Studios, they have everything you need in building your own website: domain name registration or domain transfer, web hosting, web builder, site maintenance and email accounts. Everything is laid out in an easy to follow step by step instruction. Some of the features included enable you to add your own themes, videos, images or mp3 music making your site unique to you. Pricing is comparable and affordable too.
I hope that I was of some help and answered your question.

I have used to build my websites. It has all the options that you are looking for and is totaly easy to use. you can have text backgrounds as many pages as you want and has almost unlimited options . You can even layer pictures. video everything. It is a totaly drag and drop application and the price is not too bad too.. i was able to build 5 websites for only 14.95 per month .

I would forget using anything that complicated like Dreamweaver, because you don’t have to.
After months of trying out various website builders for my business, I have now settled for EzWeb123.com, because it offers everything that I need (and you need as listed above), plus loads more.
I found that many of the other website builders, especially the more well known ones, were so slow and therefore frustrating to use that I gave up on several websites – very annoying.
I’ve generally found EzWeb123.com to be reliable and fast with little downtime. Plus they are cheap and include free hosting, email etc. Go for a premium option if you’re not worried about cost because you get more space, bandwidth, but above all a free domain.
Hope this helps.
