I use Yahoo Site Builder and have a terrible problem with spam robots – How can I stop them?

I am not an expert in coding or anything like that. I need an idiot’s guide answer to this question if possible. I have heard that CAPTCHA is a good way to do this, but I have no idea how to add it to my form.
