What is the best website builder?

I need a website builder thats going to allow multiple tabs/links and uploading…I also need it to be fairly easy to get it started. If ya know a good site plase let me know! Thanks

    If you aren’t well versed in html/php/mySQL, I suggest you use pre-made scripts. You’re looking for a CMS (content management system). I suggest joomla. It’s easy to use, allows uploads and has multiple sections (which you can add and edit). All you need is a place to host.

    I heard Dreamweaver is pretty good. MS Expressions is good as well.

    Webs is pretty good. Wix also is helpful. Some places when you purchase a hosting plan from them, they will provide you with a site builder.

    @Chris: (And to you to) I was a die-hard Joomla fan forever, then I finally broke down and got the ‘revolutionary’ Wordpress……I love it! If your gonna do a CMS system, use Wordpress. Refer to my site: for an example.
