Working on a community website, need a good free web builder?

Alright, i am making this website called Toxic iPodz and i’m hoping it will become a large community based website where everyone talks (with forums and open blogs) with knowledge on said subject. As of right now its just a tutorial website based off of my youtube page [youtube.com/toxicipodz]. But i want the website to be the dominate one in other-words, i want more hits to go to the website instead of the youtube channel…im rambling.
Anyway,i need a good FREE web host/builder thats very customizable… but just a starting point. If the website gets as big as i hope it will be i would like to purchase Square Space, but i dont have any money rite now.

I have used a few but I like the best its simple and easy to use
The best thing about Forumotion is that there is nothing to download and nothing to setup. You just have to choose a forum name and they’ll do the rest. You can have a fully functioning forum up and running in less than 30 seconds.

I would recommend “Host Gator” for your Web Hosting because it’s very cheap and reliable. Their support service is awesome. This company offers site building tools, application vault, web mail, antivirus, Php, MysQL ,e-commerce and hosts unlimited websites in one plan. Don’t go for free web hosting.They are not reliable.
