Can you use downloaded templates in yahoo site builder?

I have a template that I already downloaded that I want to use but I don’t know how to add it to my yahoo site builder

    Well i dont no but the thing is just use anouther site like google page creator, blogger, freewebs wordpress or other free web hosts moonfruit is good as well.
    still if anyone else has an awnser then tell him.
    but blogger templates and wordpress ones are great!
