What free website creator/domain allows me to work without a template required?

I am creating a web page for a school project and know HTML and CSS fairly well, so I want to use the format I created.
The websites I went on would want me to use a template, are there any that don’t have to allow that?

    There are lots of free web hosting sites where you can build your own website according to your own format. But not all would allow CSS. Try to search for a free web host review site where you can compare each free web host site listed.
