I am creating a web page for a school project and know HTML and CSS fairly well, so I want to use the format I created.
The websites I went on would want me to use a template, are there any that don’t have to allow that?

I am going specifically for web design because I like designing and making pages. I need to know this because I want to know which software I will need to buy for homework and a future career. My school has a deal with Adobe for students. $237 for Flash, Dream Weaver, Fireworks and Contribute.

I am looking for a webhost service firm that provides free website maker or site builder with some free website templates so that i can just click and install the process of making a website. Sort of point-and-click process. I saw one free site builder at http://www.thinkhost.com/?p=f8c30279 and I like it and I just want confirmation from people around if they have more suggestions.

I want to make a website for a novel I’m writing, technically the whole series, but i don’t know which builder to use. I need one that I could, someday if I were able to, pay money to get my own domain, but for now be able to use it free as long as I want. I need something that loads easy, because as my novel isn’t published, i might post just a few parts on my site. I also need to be able to make many pages. Also, I need it to be compatible with most types of widgets, in case I need chat rooms and stuff. preferably with different templates, and a way for users to make comments. Also, it does need to be free, even If i have a subdomain, and hopefully free of downloads as well.
I also need the requirements to be that your are 13 or older, not 18 or older.

i know these are a lot of things, but if you know a really good one that may work for what i’m doing, even if it doesn’t exactly match this, please tell me.

i ahve tried wetpaint, which is pretty good, but I’m looking for something else. Synthasite wasn’t bad either. just now i tried sampa, but it didn’t do good for me. a long time ago i tried free webs, and tried it recently, but it isn’t that good.

please tell me the best one.

I might post this is multiple categories, because i don’t know which one. perhaps books and author’s, in case other writers there know a good one, and in programming and design maybe.
