I would like to know where i can find a good and cost effective web design company to design my business website? thank you.

Nearly everyone i have talked to about this say that in order to start a proper serouis business online you must build the site yourself or get a web designer.

I am currently using a site builder called (website tonight) and i have created a site that i am 100% happy with and it looks very professional.

I am starting an online directory website where people pay me to list their company.

I have enough pages to do it so whats the problem? I don’t understand.

am an artist and I have a lot of tattoo designs i would like to sell online. the problem is that I don’t have any money to pay to have a site built for me so, I am wondering if anyone out there can recommend a good or at least decent free website builder i can use online or download to my computer that will help me get my business started. The website needs to have the option of payment via paypal for my customers and it also needs to be able to allow my customers to download designs from me after they complete payment.
