what is a free website builder that allows you to upload your own web pages?

Im looking for free web hosting, whether its ad supported or not as long as its free. Also I need one that supports FTP, and can also be used to create members only pages, or password protect certain pages of the site. Any ideas of some good free web hosts?

I am looking to make a free site. I don’t really likes freewebs and google doesn’t have the name I want.

something easy but with lot’s of things to be able to do.

Please don’t recommend me any free hosting sites because I don’t need hosting. I just need the step-by-step builder.

My daughter has just secured a business loan of £50,000 (UK) to start up her Dog groomers shop in London. I know £50,000 may seem like a lot but with renovations , fit out and stock there wont be much left. So what is the best free Website maker that looks professional.

So i have a website that needs to be made in 3 weeks. I have limited HTML knowledge so was directed to weebly.com as a good, quick and simple way to build a site. however once i got it how i liked it i realised it needed to be submitted on a CD. Is this possible with weebly or any free website builder?

I’m looking for a free website builder where I can design a website without knowing HTML or CSS code. I also want the website to have no ads, and fully customizable. The pre-set themes or templates are often hard to design around my existing banner and logo.

I already have a hosting company, so I’d like a website that I can host with another company.
