My friend and i am making a website and we need some GOOD, emphasis on “”"”GOOD”"”" software. any suggestions???

P.S. price doesn’t matter, unless it’s something like $350 for dreamweaver CS3

P.P.S. if anyone knows where i can get dreamweaver 8 i would be much obliged if you told me where to get it

I am also up for suggestions on software to build the website. The few builders I have right now are ok but not exactly what I am wanting since I am not that good with HTML. I currently have BLude Voda, Website Creator and Website Builder Pro. ANy advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
