I am interested in creating a website with a free provider. Something that is easy to operate but gives options for a more in depth design. Ive taken some courses to design and so i am looking to put a site together for friends and such to see, and possibly to use as an online portfolio.

my daily task involves making generic 5 page websites for small companies. most of the time we use the same 5 pages and very similar template designs. can i build a system that will make these sites quicky and just swap out the banner and text on the pages. Some sort of CMS perhaps but that change maybe an SIC code or something to swap the theme and text. let me know if there are any options i may have.

I am using Yahoo site builder to create an online store, when i inert the Store Tags on my website, which option should i pick, allow me to add a text box kind of thing, so it can let my customer leave some message to me, something like the “text area” in the form, but i want it inside the store tag box, so when the customer click “order now” it will showup with the message at the next shopping cart page within the “options” area -thank you
