Ok, i breed shih tzus on the side for a small business. I am looking to build a website for people to be able to look at my dogs, puppies, etc. I’m looking for the best website available to do this and i don’t have much money to work with so a free site would be best..Any help with this will be greatly appreciated! =)

I am looking to build a website but don’t know where to go to start one. I want it to be Safe, free and no downloads. I am also looking for one that I can make Fourm Topics, and people could make a username and stuff.

What is the best professional web building program available?
I want to start building professional web pages for other businesses and I am not sure what is the best program available. Also whats the best way to start doing this? I’ve built my own and have built a few for people i know, but nothing huge. I’ve checked out a few website that hold awards for best website builder, best web design and i can do what they do with making grahpics and with HTML
and no i havn’t taken any HTML classes but i have taught myself html and can build an entire website using it

I downloaded and installed Apache on my local computer. I know almost next to nothing with how to use it. I would like it to be a local intranet for fun and to learn how to create web pages. the reason i want to host it myself it I may turn off my internet, but would like to host local intranet websites for my home. Is there an open source web page builder that is easy to use for people that have no experience? If so, how do you install and run and build? Anyone that can point me to a step by step how to guide would be great.

I received this email today… but I don’t have a resume on Monster. My resume is on MSN Career Builder. When I click on the link it takes me to a sign-on screen and won’t let you through until you put in your name and email address… looks suspicious to me! I could not find ANY information about this company or Web Site. HELP?

Is it? If it isn’t, does that mean you have to use a website builder that is browser-based for multiple people to work on the same website without all coming to the same computer?
