Website builder

I do not have any of the software required for any of the templates out there to purchase. I’d like to find a host that provides an easy to use site builder with templates for motorcycles so that I can design my own website.

I already use Webs.com and Homestead.com but any other suggestions would be great. I make web sites for businesses and organizations and like to offer a broad range of options. Any leads on low cost or free site builders and hosting are greatly appreciated.
