Looking to buy some webspace, which would have a free site builder with an integrated forum any ideas please?

Where can I get a FREE Website where i can also share my multimedia files?

I need a free online website builder that will also host my website for FREE. I also need that site to allow me to share my multimedia files without any extra charge (Still for free!)
