Kind of like freewebs, a site creator. What kind of creator do they use? I know they don’t use freewebs.

Adding a downloaded website html template to Site Builder?

I downloaded a free html (or so I think) for a website layout and have no idea how to get it into my builder. I tried outting it in as html, into the metatags, and a bunch of things… someone please help!
